If a clean is being cancelled due to holiday at least 2 weeks notice needs to be given. For all other cancellations at least 24 hours notice must be given. In both circumstances the full payment for the clean is due if the relevant notice period is not given.
All payments are to be paid within 5 days of regular cleans. One off cleans are to be paid on completion otherwise a £15 late payment charge will apply.
Payment can be made by BACS, cheque or cash.
In the event of defects being found in returned ironed items, customers must demonstrate that such defects were caused by GleamNshine. Any defects must be notified to us within 2 working days.
Gleamnshine shall be liable to the full and unlimited amount for the loss of items at the replacement cost. For damage caused during cleaning, the cleaner shall be liable only when gross negligence can be proved and then to the full and unlimited cost of replacement. Liability shall otherwise be limited to the price of cleaning.
